你可以是一位想探索 ISCN 跟自己的創作可以產生什麼效應的創作者，也可以只是一位純粹熱血地希望幫助喜歡的內容能永久在區塊鏈世界留下登錄資料的志願者。無論你是否已經在 LikeCoin 社區內活躍，都歡迎接受我們的邀請，共同打造一個豐盛又活發的內容宇宙。
我們從種子基金中撥劃了至少 5,000,000 LIKE 給這一波特別節慶，等著你。從 2021 年秋天起，直到未知的未來，讓我們一起用力搖滾吧！

In pursuit of the wonderful vision of #DePub, ISCN Rock n Roll is a special campaign launched by the LikeCoin Grants aiming to encourage early adopters and contributors of ISCN (International Standard Content Number) within and outside of the LikeCoin community to build an abundant and vibrant content universe together. This is a digital cultural conservation movement with an attitude toward our time that must be done collaboratively.
We've planned to re-allocate at least 5,000,000 LIKE from the seed fund specifically for this ISCN festive campaign. It is ready, waiting for you. From Autumn 2021, til the unknown indefinity, let's rock and roll!
我們為這個搖滾祭規劃了兩座舞台，正在召集找尋兩種不同風格的 ISCN 樂手和粉絲： We have set up two stages calling for different styles of ISCN rockers and groupies:
The Maker: ISCN 工具開發｜ISCN Tools Development
適合信仰用編程改變世界的人。 For those who believe: "By programming, we change the world."
目前除了官方開發的 ISCN 註冊介面 和 ISCN batch uploader，任何能改善使用體驗、擴充 ISCN 應用場景的好點子，我們都非常歡迎。 Beyond the official ISCN register UI and batch uploader, any good ideas that may enhance the general user experience or expand the usage scenarios are very much welcomed.
你的點子甚至不一定得是完全原創。LikeCoin 是一個開放的社區，聊聊先，人們想要的，由你來打造。 Your idea doesn't even have to be purely original. LikeCoin is an open community. Come find us and have a few chats. Whatever people want it, you build it.
The Amplifier: 內容元資料註冊和策展｜Metadata Registration & Content Curation
少了放大器，沒有搖滾樂可以感動人。 No Rock n Roll can move the world without an amplifier.
適合了解要讓世界充滿美妙聲響，不能只靠程式碼的人。 For those who appreciate that to make the world melodious requires not only coding and programming.
任何你個人喜歡或覺得值得登錄 ISCN 的內容，只要能設定一個具整體性的主題，且預計註冊資料在 50 筆以上，都可以來提案請求資助。 Any contents you desire or feel like listing with ISCN, as long as you can come up with a comprehensive name of collection/topic/theme/subject and the estimated submission is 50 entries at least, are qualified to propose for a grant.
專案的最後成果應包含「註冊」與「策展」兩部分。前者須包含：（一）提案內容的元資料（包括 ISCN id）整理完成並繳交檔案、（二）提案內容的 ISCN 註冊全部成功；後者則是指專案在完成註冊後需以某種形式（無特別限定）公開展示相關之內容。 The Amplifier projects are expected to complete both the "registration" part and the "curation" part. The former must includes: (a) a metadata spreadsheet with complete ISCN ids of every entry under the project; (b) successful ISCN registration of every entry. The later means a curated display or public demonstration (forms not limited) of the contents after the registration is completed.
<aside> ⚠️ 特別提醒：我們都希望這個世界有更多自由共享且便於取用的資料，搭建一個開放的元資料小宇宙只是一部分基礎。然而，若你本人並非預計註冊內容的原創作者，提案前請務必評估：你對於這些內容的元資料之正確性及任何可能的授權問題是否充分掌握。 Note: Data that is free-to-share and easy-to-access is never enough for this world; and building an open metadata universe is merely a founding brick to boost it. However, if you are not the original creator of the content(s) you would like to register with ISCN, please do make sure you are confident with the accuracy of the metadata you collect/edit and any possible licensing issues you can think of before you submit a proposal.
